1. MEETING – Our first meeting is in person (or via Zoom or similar video conference provider) to take an inventory of your needs. We will discuss the scope of work and review your current tech infrastructure and remote login capabilities. Other items of discussion include designating a point of contact for questions that arise during the course of work, start date, turnaround time expectations, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.


2. PLANNING - The topics discussed in our meeting are reviewed to develop a personalized project plan, contract, and rate package.


3. CONTRACT REVIEW – Your customized plan that includes contract, rate package, and privacy/confidentiality agreement is delivered. Work can begin after the contract is reviewed and signed or at the agreed upon date.
